PayClear UK is an independent UK calculator site. It publishes tools and plain-English guides about pay, tax and deductions, funded by advertising and labelled affiliate links. It is not an accountancy firm or a tax adviser, and it does not give personal advice.
We aim to reply within five working days. Please do not send bank details, National Insurance numbers or other sensitive information by email.
What to get in touch about
A figure looks wrong
Tell us the calculator, the tax year, the figures you entered and the result you expected. Corrections are prioritised over new features.
A guide is unclear or out of date
Point us at the page and the sentence. We would rather rewrite an explainer than leave it ambiguous.

We are happy to explain our methodology or provide worked examples for journalists.
